Q: How long will it take to manufacture my order?
A: We have an extensive stock of fabricated letters ready to ship. Unless you are ordering a particularly unusual color chances are we have stock just waiting for you to submit your order.
Q: Is there a warranty?
A: Every product comes with a 1 year warranty. Check the packaging for a warranty card for additional details.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: We ship to every country legally eligible by United States law.
Q: What do I do with my captain letters once the season is over?
A: We highly encourage handing out your captain letters at the end of the season to reward your players. Alternatively, you could keep them for the following season.
